04 / Before shipment
Packing & Label Checks
The packing review covers product protection, labels and carton configuration, keeping the finished order aligned with the packing plan.
Outdoor bag testing
Checks for Outdoor Carrying Conditions
Our outdoor quality process covers the fabric, closure and construction details that matter in use. The test plan follows the particular cooler bag, waterproof bag or outdoor carry design.
Zipper Fatigue Testing
Repeated opening and closing checks zipper operation and durability for frequent use.
Material Tensile Testing
Strength testing helps evaluate fabrics and materials for outdoor bag construction.
Loaded-Bag Vibration
Movement testing checks how a loaded bag holds its contents and handles repeated shaking.
Colorfastness Testing
Friction and washing tests evaluate how well fabric retains its color.
Color Matching
Controlled color comparison checks fabric consistency against the approved color reference.
Water-Exposure Checks
Water-related tests evaluate the selected material and bag construction for the intended conditions.
These are testing capabilities, not a single performance rating shared by every bag. Test conditions and acceptance criteria are specific to the product.

BSCI is a factory social-audit report; GRS product claims require applicable transaction documents. The GRS appendices belong to the same certificate.

How does Weierken inspect custom cooler bags?
Our quality workflow covers incoming material review, in-line construction checks, finished-product inspection and packing review. For cooler bags, the team follows the specified lining, insulation construction, dimensions, closure and carrying details.
How are quality checks adapted for waterproof bags?
The checks follow the selected material and bag construction, including seams or welds, closure design and load-bearing details. The applicable performance checks are defined for the bag's intended use; water resistance claims are not assumed for every design.
Do insulated delivery bags follow the same quality process?
Yes. Material, production, final inspection and packing checks are part of the delivery bag workflow. The product specification guides checks of dimensions, compartments, insulation, carrying features and brand details.
Does a GRS scope certificate cover every finished bag?
No. The scope certificate applies to the holder and activities shown in the document. A GRS claim for specific goods also depends on the applicable transaction documentation. Our team checks the scope and supporting documents for the relevant order.
Can Weierken support factory audits and product documentation?
Our team coordinates the factory, material and product documents applicable to the production route and destination market. Certificates and reports are identified by their holder, scope and validity rather than presented as a blanket claim for every product.
