Consistent Panels, Edges & Assembly
Our team inspects fabric before cutting and returns material that does not meet the specification. Laser and oscillating cutting prepare the panels; folding and gluing equipment support the construction selected for each design.
Oscillating Cutting
Cut fabric, foam and pattern materials to the required shapes. The cutting method follows the material and panel design.
Automatic Edge Folding
Fold and secure panel edges before assembly, helping the team repeat the approved finishing detail.
Controlled Glue Application
Set adhesive placement and application for the relevant component, with the process adjusted to the bag construction.
Quality control
Inspection Throughout Production
Incoming materials, in-process workmanship and finished bags are checked against the approved specification. Our company presentations report a 99.5% quality pass rate. Product inspections and shipment sampling remain distinct checks, with requirements recorded for each order.
