An attractive logo proof does not show how branding will behave on a handled bag. Review the application position and the way the product is used before choosing the final treatment. Weierken can discuss branding as part of bag customization; agree the actual application and verification scope for your project.
Look at the contact points around the logo
Mark where a strap, folded panel or adjacent bag can rub the branded area. A logo on a flat presentation image may sit near a fold once the bag is packed or carried. Check the finished geometry rather than approving position only on an artwork file.
Give the reviewer the intended surface material and the final logo dimensions. Keep appearance approval separate from a durability claim. A single good-looking sample does not establish a service-life rating, and an unrelated material test does not automatically cover the finished logo application.
A worked brief you can adapt
| Decision | Example brief | Evidence to request |
|---|---|---|
| Front badge | Placed clear of the pocket opening | Finished panel and access review |
| Handle branding | Visible during carrying | Check grip contact and comfort |
| Folded packing | Logo near a folding line | Unpack sample and review appearance |
| Verification | Buyer specifies intended handling | Agreed method and documented result |
Turn the review into an actionable request
For an illustrative front-panel badge, moving it upward may improve visibility but interfere with a flap or closure. Ask to see the proposed position on a representative panel or sample. Record the accepted position using dimensions from a stable reference edge.
If the buyer needs a particular wear evaluation, define the method, sample configuration and acceptance criteria before stating a claim. Ask Weierken which material and application options are suitable for review, and keep the selected option tied to the final artwork revision.
For the connected specification, use our logo artwork checklist. Send the completed brief through the Weierken project inquiry form, including your company, work email, phone, product and quantity. Ask for any unresolved item to be listed separately in the reply; a proposal is not an approved production instruction.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we approve the logo using a digital mockup?
Use a mockup for layout, but do not treat it as proof of texture, adhesion or performance on the finished material. Identify what still needs a physical review.
Is a larger logo always better?
No. Review the available panel, folds, seams and handling points. The best size for visibility may not be the best size for the construction or the intended use.
