Fresh groceries were usually delivered early in the morning but could remain outside before customers returned home. The customer needed additional temperature protection for this period between delivery and collection.

We recommended placing the food inside a customized insulated delivery bag, then packing that bag inside a protective carton. The layered structure helps slow temperature changes during transportation and unattended delivery.
