A factory tour is useful, but equipment photographs do not prove that a specific order is controlled. A buyer should connect the audit to the actual product and approval basis.
1. Approval basis
Confirm the signed sample, written specification, artwork, color reference, packing instruction and agreed tolerance.
2. Incoming materials
Check how fabric, lining, insulation, zipper, hardware and labels are identified and separated before production.
3. Critical processes
Identify the steps that create the largest risk: cutting accuracy, seam allowance, welding settings, glue application, zipper installation or reinforcement.
4. In-line inspection
Review dimensions, workmanship and function early enough that problems can be corrected before the whole order is completed.
5. Product-specific tests
Select zipper fatigue, tensile, vibration, colorfastness, insulation, leakage or other tests according to the product’s intended use.
6. Final release
Confirm quantity, defect classification, appearance, accessories, labels, packing and shipment readiness. Keep the report tied to the order and production date.
