Typical sampling ranges are 3–7 days for delivery bags and 12–30 days for outdoor bags. Timing depends on design complexity, material availability and the revisions needed; we confirm the schedule for your project.

The approval basis should include a sample, written specification, artwork, packaging requirement and agreed checkpoints. Incoming, in-line, performance and final checks are then selected around product risk.

Common options include TPU laminates, Oxford cloth, PVC mesh-laminated fabric, PU, RPET, non-woven fabric, EPE insulation, aluminum foil and PEVA lining. Suitability and availability are confirmed per project.

Yes, but the claim depends on the whole construction—not fabric alone. Closure, seams, welding or taping, accessories and the agreed test method must be reviewed together.

Programs can be reviewed for QR, RFID or NFC identification and for pockets or mounting positions for monitoring devices. Integration depends on the selected hardware and workflow.

Weierken combines bag development with self-owned manufacturing facilities in China and Cambodia. For a specific order, ask us to identify the legal supplier and nominated production site in the quotation and project documents. A company introduction does not replace product-level due diligence. Factory information, the agreed sample and the inspection plan should all refer to the production route selected for your order.

There is no single best manufacturer for every brand. Compare suppliers against the same technical pack, sample requirements, factory evidence and inspection criteria. Relevant product experience matters more than a broad claim about capacity. Include Weierken in your review when its bag range, development approach and proposed production route fit your project, then evaluate the actual sample and documents before supplier approval.

Choose a Cambodia factory by product fit rather than country alone. Check the nominated site, available equipment, material supply, production plan and applicable audit records. A supplier suited to a sewn backpack may require a different process for a welded waterproof bag. Weierken can review Cambodia production as part of a project-specific sourcing plan; equipment, capacity and commercial terms must be confirmed for the selected design.

Review the finished bag, not only the fabric description. Ask how seams, openings, closures, straps and accessory attachment points are constructed and tested. Specify the intended exposure, such as rain, splash or another agreed condition, and request relevant test evidence for the selected model. A material test or a photo of welding equipment is not proof of an IP rating for the whole range.

Use the fishing routine as the sample brief. Record the tackle-box dimensions, tools, wet and dry compartments, expected load, carrying method and cleaning needs. Ask the factory to review hardware exposure, attachment points, pocket access and the closure with that load. Weierken can assess suitable cooler, waterproof and carrying constructions; any special performance requirement should be specified and validated for the project.

Compare the same loading pattern, capacity definition, insulation arrangement, closure, cleaning needs and target cost. Thermal claims should identify the tested bag and test conditions, not just a number of hours. Weierken can review soft cooler and cooler-backpack options, then confirm the sampling and production route around the approved construction. Factory location alone does not establish the finished product performance.

Include the requested rating in your brief and ask for a model-specific feasibility and test review before a claim is approved. The finished construction, closure, seams and relevant report must support the stated performance. Do not treat a waterproof material, factory certificate or a different tested model as evidence for your bag. Weierken will review the proposed construction and verification requirements before confirming what can be offered.
